Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages. Renew Lab (Naturabrador,Inc)  is not liable for any products lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) directly to file a claim.

Since we provided proof of shipment and the carrier verified delivery to the address provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or replacement for these packages.

Damages Renew Lab (Naturabrador,Inc)is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before submitting your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping costs.

International Shipping Policy We currently do not ship outside the U.S. (If you do ship internationally: "Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
